Origin: Jinan, Shandong
Model NO.: Mg
Application: Hospital, Lab, School
Trademark: Biomedia
Specification: R1: 2*50 ml, R2: 2*5 mL
Origin: Jinan, Shandong
The Magnesium (Mg) assay kit is intended for the accurate and direct quantitative measurement of Mg in human plasma.

Test principle

In an alkaline environment, free Mg reacts with Calmagite, forming purplish-red complex which shows absorption at the wavelength of 530 nm. The intensity of the color is proportional to the concentration of Mg.
EGTA  and TEA are used to eliminate interferences caused by calcium (Ca) and heavy metal, respectively. Protein molecules are stabilized by surfactants, and thus the measurement of Mg can be free from the interference of proteins.

Product Features

1. Linear range of Mg level: [0.04, 2.00] mmol/L

Frozen Squid Tubes

The small tube is a kind of squid, which is characterized by a small body and a long and slender body, also called the squid.
Squid meat is more delicious than cuttlefish. The head and torso are longer and narrower than that of a cuttlefish, especially the end of the torso are very similar to the spearhead of a javelin, so it is called a squid. Octopus, also known as octopus, belongs to the order of the eight arms.
Both octopuses and cuttlefish have ink sacs that can release the ink. The biggest difference is that the octopus has only 8 wrists, and the suction cup on the wrist does not have a handle or toothed ring.
