The specific maintenance method is: When the dust of the dust collection cup exceeds 1/3, it must be removed, and the dust in the central pipeline should be promptly removed. When installing dust collection cups, gaskets should be installed and their tightness should be observed.
Check and replace the oil in the oil filter air filter regularly. The oil level must not exceed the ring groove in the oil pan to prevent the oil from being sucked into the cylinder and charcoal or speeding. When the oil thickens and fluidity is poor, it must be cleaned and replaced in time. The filtered waste oil is diluted with 1/3 diesel oil in the engine oil in winter.
According to the operating conditions in time to clean the metal filter, the installation should wait for the cleaning oil to dries and soaked oil, until the excess oil flow after the assembly. The dry paper filter can not be cleaned with diesel oil. During maintenance, the dust can be gently shaken at both ends of the filter element, and then it can be cleaned with a soft-bristled brush or blown from the reverse surface with compressed air.
