Insufficient oil pressure is a common failure of the filter press . The main performance is that the oil pressure does not go up during the compression work, and the filter plate cannot be pressed. There are many reasons for this, and the following are common:
1. Leakage of hydraulic system
Treatment of oil spills, mainly on some sealing surfaces, such as oil pipe joint seal damage leakage
Oil, overflow valve, electromagnetic reversing valve, hydraulic control check valve and oil circuit integrated sealing plane leakage, leakage outside the cylinder rod of the cylinder, etc., the judgment and treatment of this fault is relatively simple and intuitive;
2, the oil temperature is too high
If the operation is too frequent or the oil pump is running for a long time, the oil temperature will be too high, and if the oil temperature is too high, the oil quality will become thinner and the oil pressure will not go up;
3, the oil level is not enough
Since the hydraulic system of the automatic pressure-retaining filter press is in a high-pressure state for a long time, some seals will inevitably seep oil. At the same time, after the filter press is used for a period of time, the hydraulic oil will naturally evaporate a small amount, which causes the oil level of the fuel tank to drop. When the oil level is too low, the oil pump will not be able to be used, and the hydraulic oil needs to be replenished;
4, the overflow valve fails
More than 50% of the hydraulic system's oil pressure failure is caused by the failure of the overflow valve. If the pressure of the pressure relief valve is not met by adjusting the pressure of the relief valve to the maximum, the failure of the relief valve should be considered. The most effective way to judge the failure of the relief valve is to replace it. Replace it with the same type of relief valve. 5, the oil seal inside the cylinder
Since the oil leakage inside the cylinder is not visible outside, it is difficult and complicated to judge whether the seal ring in the cylinder is worn or damaged. The judgment method is to first press the cylinder to press the cylinder until the cylinder is no longer advanced, and the cylinder pressure is no longer raised. Keep the pressing action and disassemble the oil return pipe from the cylinder joint. If the hydraulic oil at the oil return pipe joint on the oil cylinder keeps flowing out, the piston has stopped moving forward, so it can be judged that the piston seal is damaged and should be replaced.
6, electromagnetic reversing valve failure
The inlet and outlet pipes can be dismantled from the cylinder and the electromagnetic reversing valve can be pressed and loosened to check for internal leakage. If the internal leak is too large, clean or replace the seal with kerosene. Sometimes a small internal leak is not enough to affect the oil pressure, but it will slow down the cylinder. Due to long-term impact, the push rod of the reversing valve is shortened, or the contact point between the armature and the push rod is worn, so that the reversing stroke of the valve core is insufficient, causing the opening of the oil chamber to become small, and the flow rate is reduced, and the cylinder advance and retreat speed is also changed. slow.
