1. Wiring: Connect the supplied power cable to the three-phase power supply and ground it. Connect the control box and the test machine with the connection cable that is randomly connected according to the plug fitting condition, and try to run the up/down command. Press The up button makes it reach the set height; if it stops in the middle, it must reach the set height before the reverse run command can be executed;
3. Place the object to be measured on the work surface and fix it with a fixed rod;
4. Press the up button of the double-wing drop tester to raise the measured object to the set height;
5. Press the drop button to make the work surface instantly deviate from the measured object, and the measured object will be free to fall;
6. Press the reset button to return the workbench to work.
7. If the double-wing drop tester repeats the test, repeat the above steps.
8. After the test: press the lower button to make the work surface operate to the lowest position to turn off the power button;
Drop test machine precautions and maintenance:
1. After each test is completed, the falling arm should be dropped to avoid the long-reset drop arm to deform the spring, which affects the test effect. Before each drop, please reset the motor before stopping to press the drop button;
2. After the new machine is installed in the factory, it is necessary to add appropriate low-concentration oil to the sliding round rod. It is strictly forbidden to add anti-rust oil or high-grade oil and backlog with corrosive oil;
3. If there is too much dust in the oiling station, please lower the machine to the lower part, wipe the previous oil, and then heavy oil;
4. The drop machine is an impact mechanical device. When the new machine is used more than 500 times, the screws must be fixed to avoid malfunction.
5. All power sources should be cut off during non-work to ensure the cleaning of the lifting shaft.
