The polishing chamber of the polishing machine can be divided into front and rear sections according to the role of the polishing chamber. The front section is watered to soften the rice bran skin layer, and the rear section is strong suction air cooling. The powder is separated from the rice grain and discharged outside the machine. 4. Selection and rational use of polishing machine
At present, the domestic polishing machine is equipped with water to assist the throwing. The water adding method includes drip type, fan spray type and high pressure air spray type, wherein the high pressure air spray effect is better. The selection of the polishing roller should use an all-stainless steel mirror iron roller, so that the polished rice grain has a smooth surface and a smooth handfeel.
When operating the polishing machine, it is necessary to master the key factors of flow, pressure, water addition and air volume. The flow rate is increased or decreased according to the rated flow, which will affect the polishing effect. The amount of water added is generally about 0.3% to 0.4% of the flow rate of the incoming machine. When checking, the rice can be gripped with force by hand, and the rice mass can be formed. It is suitable for one or two seconds or a little bit. Too much water is likely to cause blockage in the polishing chamber and is not conducive to storage. The adjustment of the pressure is mainly to change the position of the discharge port pressure. The polishing chamber is operated under full negative pressure. During polishing, a large amount of air enters the polishing chamber from the shaft end, and the polishing powder and hot and humid air are taken away through the screen hole.
