Filtration Mechanism of Fiber High Efficiency Filters During the first stage (stable phase) filtration of fiber high efficiency filters, particle trapping is mainly achieved by several functions.
(1) Screening: The fibers in the fiber filter layer are intricately arranged and form numerous grids. When the particle size is larger than the fiber mesh or the interparticle voids deposited on the fiber, the particles are retained on the fiber layer.
(2) Inertia collision: When the airflow passes through the fiber layer, its flow line changes continuously. When the mass of the particles is large or the velocity is high, due to the inertia, the particles are not able to follow the airflow to bypass the fibers, and thus the flow lines are separated from the flow lines and collide with the fibers to be deposited.
(3) Intercepting effect: When the airflow is close to the fiber, the finer dust particles flow around with the airflow. If the dust particle radius is greater than the distance from the center of the dust particle to the fiber edge, the dust particles will be intercepted due to contact with the fiber.
(4) Diffusion: Under the collision caused by the thermal motion of gas molecules, the fine particles act as irregular Brownian motions like balloon molecules. The smaller the particle size, the more significant this effect is.
Grow lighting can be one of the most essential factors to successful plant production in a commercial greenhouse because grow lights help to lighten shady spots and propagation areas in the greenhouse. If you are growing tropical plants, you may need to set up grow lights if the plants don't get at least eight hours of sun each day. Most crops benefit from supplemental lighting, when increased growth and quality is converted into added revenue. We provide Growing Light and complete systems for your greenhouses.
