(3) Close the machine power switch, turn on the speed switch, the inverter operation panel fluorescent screen displays the setting frequency. At this time, press the RUN key, the inverter works, and the motor speed gradually reaches the set value. Stop pressing the STOP button.
(4) Run the machine for 2 minutes to check whether the equipment and mechanical transmission structure are normal, whether the operation sound is normal, and the production can be performed normally.
2. Driving
First open the inlet valve, fill the reservoir with water, open the valve without salt water, open the valve for injection water, spray the water normally, open the water pump switch, fill the ultrasonic cleaning tank with water, adjust the water inlet, and keep the tank A certain water level (no need to open the ultrasonic wave below the water level), open the air valve. When the water level in the tank reaches the specified water level, the ultrasonic switch is turned on, and the ultrasonic cleaning machine enters the bottle washing state.
(1) The operator puts the vial into the bottle tray and turns on the speed switch to make the speed 10~26Hz (100~400/min 7ML). Press RUN to start production.
(2) When there is a bottle condition, first press the STOP button to stop, check the bottle bottle part, clean the broken bottle in time, adjust the bottle wheel, and then drive production.
(3) When the bottle is turned into the bottle wheel and the track in the bottle turntable, it is strictly forbidden to pour the bottle.

(1) Never open the ultrasonic wave below the water level.
(2) After the end of production, the ultrasonic wave must be turned off first, then the water should be discharged.
