Seed disinfection and soaking. The selected seeds are treated with 25% Shigak (microbamide) in a bag ( 10 mg) for 50 kg of water , soaked in 40 kg, the water temperature is maintained at 11 to 12 °C , and the seeds are sterilized for 6 to 7 days. Note that when soaking seeds, the water should be 10 cm higher than the rice seeds, and the accumulated temperature should reach 100 degrees, flipping once a day.

Promote germination. Remove the soaked seeds and use a gauze bag to germination. After the rice seeds are warmed up, the temperature is controlled at 30 to 32 °C. If the temperature is too high, the temperature should be turned over. After the whitening is broken, the temperature is controlled at 25 °C. At the time of germination, it is necessary to pay attention to the change of rice temperature at any time. It is suitable for germination and germination. The length of the bud root should be within 2 mm. After urging it, bud in the shade and wait for sowing.
