So how do you go about it? Mainly divided into the following steps:
First, manually adjust the temperature inside the vacuum dryer:
1. In the first step, we must first press the function key of the machine temperature controller. After the SP character is displayed on the PV screen, we can operate and control the temperature modification through the up, down, left and right keys.
2. After modifying the temperature, press the SET button again, and then follow the above steps to perform the time operation;
3, then the third time to press the SET button, this time mainly to check whether it is running normally, we can actually know by starting the set temperature and whether the machine's light is on;
4. If the humidity of the material inside the vacuum dryer is large, water vapor may be generated and the performance of the vacuum pump may be affected. Therefore, it is better to string a filter between the vacuum drying cabinet and the vacuum pump. ;
5. If there is special need, it must be stated in advance. For example, if you want to add some inert gas to the inside of the vacuum dryer, you need to add an intake valve beforehand.
Second, the vacuum dryer has two debugging methods:
1. Vacuum pumping method 1> Before commissioning, we need to close the door and screw the door handle into place, then close the bleed valve and open the vacuum valve. Of course, the first time you use the vacuum valve, the switch may be tight, you can rotate it.
2> We can use a random fitting for the vacuum connection tube to connect the suction tube of the vacuum drying cabinet and the vacuum pump firmly. When we turn on the vacuum pump power supply, we need to start pumping. When the vacuum gauge indicates the value reaches -0.1Mpa, we need to close the vacuum valve and then turn off the vacuum pump power supply to prevent the oil from the vacuum pump from flowing back into the working chamber. The vacuum dryer is in a vacuum state.
2. In-machine debugging method 1> We must first turn on the power of the vacuum dryer. Then, when the power light is on and self-test is performed, then it means that it has entered the state.
2> To set the temperature of the vacuum dryer, this step is very important, so I would like to spend a separate article below to do it.
3> When the temperature in the machine is set to close to the specified temperature, then the heating starts to enter the PID adjustment stage, then the meter sometimes measures the temperature beyond the set temperature, and the extension is sometimes lower than the set temperature. . Then, when the temperature is measured, if it is close to or equal to the set temperature, it will be able to enter the constant temperature state after another 1 to 2 hours.
4> If the required temperature is low, we can use the secondary setting so that it can enter the constant temperature as soon as possible.
