It is strictly forbidden to dry dry calcium grease on the screw. Lubricating oil, it is strictly forbidden to start the pressing action again under the pressing state. It is strictly forbidden to adjust the current relay parameters at will.
3Hydraulic filter presses are forbidden to stay or pass after the cylinders are in operation. Some people must guard the work when pressing or retracting. The hydraulic components must not be adjusted arbitrarily to prevent the equipment from being damaged due to pressure loss or endangering personal safety.
4 The sealing surface of the filter plate must be clean and free of wrinkles. The filter plate should be perpendicular and neat with the main beam. Do not bend the front side of the main beam, otherwise the pressing action should not be started. It is strictly forbidden to extend the head and limbs between the filter plates during the slag discharge process. The air in the cylinder must be drained.
5 All filter plate inlets must be cleaned to avoid clogging the damaged filter plates. The filter cloth should be cleaned in time.
6 The electric control box should be kept dry, and all kinds of electrical appliances should not be washed with water. The plate and frame filter press must have a grounding wire to prevent short circuit and leakage. In order to better utilize and manage the frame and frame filter press, improve product quality and extend equipment life, daily maintenance and maintenance of the plate and frame filter press is an indispensable part.
