Experimental procedure

  • Prepare a 100 ml sterile flask
  • Put in a sterile magnet
  • Pour 40 ml of user-supplied protein solution sample at 4 ° C
  • Turn on the magnetic stirrer and stir slowly
  • Carefully and slowly pour in (at least 5 minutes, do not pour in) 1 bottle of salting solution (Reagent A) (Note: shake the salt solution (Reagent A) before use )
  • Continue to stir for 2 hours at 4 ° C
  • Transfer to a 50 ml conical centrifuge tube
  • Place in a 4°C benchtop centrifuge for 30 minutes at a speed of 15000g

Precautions
