First, precautions before use:
1: No rotor operation is allowed;

4: It is forbidden to open the centrifuge chamber door when the centrifuge is running;

6: It is strictly forbidden to change the parameters set by the inverter device;
7: It is forbidden to move the centrifuge while it is running;
8: It is strictly forbidden to use rusted or cracked rotor and centrifuge tube;
9: It is strictly forbidden to use the rotor for years;
Second, installation and storage (no rotor free rotation, use an hex wrench to turn the rotor clockwise)
<1> Installation procedure:
- The table is solid and flat, preventing the instrument from vibrating or moving the instrument during operation.
- The power supply has an independent ground line. It is strictly forbidden to share the neutral line and the ground line to prevent electric shock and injury.
- There should be no corrosive gas and electromagnetic field interference around the instrument to prevent premature failure of the external protective layer of the instrument and interference with electrical components.
- The instrument is placed horizontally to ensure that the four rubber feet are evenly stressed.
- The rotor body is mounted with reference to the rotor body mounting schematic.
<2> Installation site and environment
Please install the centrifuge in the following places
a, ambient temperature: -50 ° C ~ 40 ° C and good ventilation.
b. Locations with no dripping and low moisture.
c. There is no sunlight, high temperature and serious dust.
d. Locations with less dust, oil and gas and metal dust.
e. Locations without corrosive gases and liquids.
f, no vibration; easy to maintain; easy to repair.
g. Locations without electromagnetic noise interference.
<3> storage
This product must be placed in the box before installation. If it is not used temporarily, please pay attention to the following examples when storing:
a, must be placed in a dust-free, dry place.
b. The storage environment temperature ranges from -25 °C to 65 °C.
c. The relative humidity of the storage environment is in the range of 0% to 95%, and there is no condensation.
d. The storage environment does not contain corrosive gases or liquids.
e, preferably placed on a shelf and properly packaged for storage.
f, the centrifuge is best not to store for a long time, long-term storage will lead to deterioration of electrolytic capacitors, if long-term storage, must be guaranteed to be energized once in 1 year, the power-on time is at least 5 hours, the voltage must be slowed down with the voltage regulator when input Slowly rise to the rated voltage.
Note : The instrument suddenly encounters power failure or shutdown during operation, and the separation liquid should be taken out immediately. The customer can take out the test tube through the emergency switch.
Third, the instrument maintenance and maintenance methods
1. The instrument must be operated in strict accordance with the instructions for use. Ensure dryness and hygiene inside and outside the instrument before and after each use;
2. After the instrument is used, clean it in a centrifugal chamber with a neutral detergent and dry it with a soft cloth. Do not scrub the rotor with a non-neutral detergent to prevent chemical corrosion of the inner cavity.
3. If it is not used for a long time, clean the centrifuge chamber, and avoid the detergent and water dripping in the centrifugal chamber to prevent the rust of the centrifuge motor from reducing its service life. Open the door and dry it.
4. The machine should be stored indoors, the ground should be flat, the air is free of conductive dust, non-corrosive or destroying the insulating gas, and there is no other strong vibration source nearby. The site has ventilation and drainage devices to improve the whole machine. life.
