I. Project introduction
1. Processing scale:
The sewage treatment plant treats 80,000 tons of water per day, and 75 tons of sludge with a moisture content of 80% per day.
2. Heat source
Exhaust gas discharged from three 75t/h coal-fired boilers, the flue gas temperature is 140 °C ~ 160 °C.
3. The proposed route
3.1 Using the power plant flue gas as a drying medium, the sludge with a moisture content of 80% is dried to a moisture content of 20%.
3.2 Using mechanical dewatering method to reduce the sludge with 80% water content to 50% (this stage is responsible for the company), and then use the power plant flue gas to dry the sludge with water content of 50% to 20% moisture content.
Second, the requirements
Please ask your company to make two plans according to the requirements of the project: (1) moisture content 80% to 20%; (2) moisture content 50% to 20%. The project is invested and operated by the company, so please analyze the operating expenses in detail for comparison.
