In the following, we introduce the mounting of several common agricultural implements. 1 Use rubber tires when disassembling iron wheels in general drylands and transport operations. When working in paddy fields and wetlands, iron wheels should be used to prevent tyres from slipping and sagging. When installing the paddy wheel, first pull the clutch handle to the braking position. Use jacks to prop up the tractor. Remove the rubber tire. Put the hub on paddy field wheels. Align the groove on the hub with the key on the axle and push the paddy wheel into place. Finally tighten the 4 nuts. Note that the left and right wheels cannot be reversed. 2 Rotary cultivator disassembly The rotary cultivator is a device that ploughs the soil. Direct connection with tractor gearbox. When attaching, remove the four fixing bolts on the draw frame and remove the draw frame. Wipe the sealing gasket. When the tractor is working with a rotary cultivator, the tail wheel becomes a part of walking equipment of the walking tractor. Therefore, before installing the rotary cultivator, first install the tail wheel on the rear seat frame. There are left and right foot pedals on the tail wheels to assist the tractor in steering. Tighten 4 nuts. 3 The plow's dismantling plough is a device for cultivating the land and is connected by a tow bar to the tractor's draw frame. When hooking up, loosen the adjusting screw first, put the drawbar of the plow into the tractor pull frame, and insert the pull pin. Adjust the adjustment screws on both sides of the traction pin to adjust the linearity of the tractor traction. Adjust the rear bolts to adjust the depth of the arable land. Adjust the front bolts to adjust the width of the arable land. Remove the tractor pin and separate the plow from the tractor. 4 Trailer Installation Trailer is the tractor's transportation device, which is connected to the tow bar on the undercarriage. When hooking up, align the tow bar on the undercarriage with the connecting hole on the tractor towing frame, and then insert the towing pin into the casing of the towing frame. When disassembling, lift the trailer, remove the traction pins, and then withdraw from the trailer. 5 Rice-wheat harvester installation The rice-wheat harvester is a device that harvests rice and wheat. When installing, remove the bumper on the front of the tractor. Replace the pulley. Replace the V-belt. Attach the harvester support to the tractor frame. Install harvester belts. Connect the harvester support bar to the frame of the tractor. Install harvester clutch lever. Install the V-belt. Tension the triangle belt. Install four belt adjustment pins. Install the counterweight seat. The rice and wheat harvester can be started.
