Secondly, the homogenization of China Mobile Medical APP is very serious. According to the survey of more than 1,200 mobile medical apps on the market by Unicorn Studio, more than three-quarters of APPs are doing three things: one is online consultation, the other is registered payment or accompanying consultation, and the third is It is chronic disease management. One-quarter to one-third of the more than 150 Internet medical projects researched by the Unicorn Studio in the past year have disappeared. The reason is that the product is actually a false pain point, or it is the user's pain point, and there are also problems such as the technical difficulty of the project, the crushing of the giants, the excessive burning of money, the lack of profit, the direction of migration, and the guilt of the team.
Liu Qian suggested that because the low frequency of medical care is difficult to change, Internet medical care cannot copy the Internet method; the product window of e-commerce platform and large closed loop is basically closed, and the success rate of entrepreneurship is low; big cities, large hospitals, and large experts are not Internet medical services.
