As for why it is called "robot"? According to reports, just like manipulating robots, humans have mastered the technology of manipulating macrophages. What plays a remote role in this technology is the magnetic field. The researchers added an iron oxide iron powder to the nanoparticle by adding an anticancer agent. So if it makes a magnetic field, humans can manipulate the action of macrophages.
The research team has also verified the effectiveness of this robot. Park Sai-ho said that after 24 hours of micro-robots were put into the human body, colorectal cancer cells and breast cancer cells were reduced by 45% and 40%, respectively.
