Bacteria processing and reuse

The waste after cultivation of edible fungi is also known as bacillary dysentery, which is rich in proteins, polysaccharides, and minerals. After proper treatment, bacillary dysentery can increase the value of use and produce considerable economic benefits. Its use is as follows:

Mushroom cultivation materials

The waste was crushed and fully exposed to sunlight. 20% of the fermented chicken manure or pig manure was added according to the weight of the dry material, and 0.2% carbendazim and 3.5% lime aqueous solution were used. After the accumulation and fermentation process, Yangshuo Tianzi shape cultivation method was adopted, and the loam soil containing 10% lime water was filled around, and then the straw mushroom species was spotted, and then sowed once a day after 4-5 days.

As a feed source instead of part of the food

After the waste of edible fungi is dried, it is crushed and can be used for feeds raised by animals, poultry, fish, and the like. Bacterial strains include cottonseed meal, sawdust, rice straw, corn cob, fermented grains, and vinegar. According to the experiment, 12% of rice straw or wood pellet meal was added to the diet of the finishing pigs. As a result, the weight gain and feed reward of the two experimental groups were similar to those of the control group. The late allocation amount increased to 18%, and the weight gain and feed reward were only slightly lower than the control group. During the whole period, the daily gains of the two experimental groups were similar to those of the control group, and the feed remuneration was increased by 3.42% and 4.4% respectively compared with the control group, and the economic benefits were significant. As the content of crude fiber in mash will limit the use of feed nutrients by pigs, the proportion of bacillary glycosides added to pig feed should not exceed 20%. The use of 25%-35% cottonseed meal in place of part of wheat bran and cornmeal for rabbit feed, rabbits showed normal performance in all aspects of the feeding process, and the growth rate of rabbits in the experimental group was basically the same as that in the control group. The difference in feed ratio is not significant. Adding 30% of bacillary dysentery to the tilapia diet was basically the same as the control group in terms of weight gain rate and survival rate. Adding 10%-15% of bacillary dysentery to Beijing duck diet, adding 10%-15% of bacillary dysentery to the feed of laying hens, and adding 10% of bacilli to the diet of broilers are all beneficial to the growth and development of the diet. Good feeding effect.
