In this year's edition of the “Catalogue”, an important requirement for the catering industry is that “City 6th District prohibits the use of underground space for commercial operations”. For this article, the "Catalogue" joint office also gave specific explanations. The so-called "underground space" includes civil air defense works and ordinary basement rooms. For the "ordinary basement", this time also gives a specific definition, referring to "a non-human air defense project basement built with the ground housing construction, and the ground level of the room below the outdoor ground level exceeds 1/2 of the height of the room". . People’s air defense projects and ordinary basement rooms in the Cheng’s Sixth District are not allowed to operate restaurants.

The so-called "conformity of standardized and convenient commercial facilities" refers to the catering facilities that are implemented or supported by the commercial departments at the city and district levels, serve community residents and meet the catering consumption needs of residents, including breakfast demonstration projects.
