1. The reason for the capsule itself is that the capsule needs to be replaced.
2. The vacuum is too small, you can see the vacuum gauge. There are many reasons for the vacuum being too small. For reasons of the vacuum pump itself, look for repairs by a mechanic or replace the vacuum pump. The vacuum pump connected to the capsule separates the trachea from rupture and replaces the trachea. The vacuum pump filter membrane is blocked and the filter membrane is cleaned. In addition, the water flow is too small, etc., and replace the larger water flow pipe. Specific issues require specific analysis. Here I only list a few simple ones.
3. The gap between the module and the capsule separator is too large, or the height at the capsule separator is adjusted, either the module or the telescopic rod in the module has a problem. Analysis is needed to find a solution. Here, if the powder is too fine or the powder is too sticky, it is easy to cause problems.
4. The module is not right. Use the debug lever to adjust the module until it is automatically positioned.
5. The powder is too sticky to block the module and the module should be cleaned.
Second, the capsule head and the tail are recessed. Sometimes the capsule itself has problems. I have encountered a lot before, and the replacement of the capsule is solved. Then look at the thimble, whether you need to adjust the height of the thimble. Sometimes increasing the area of ​​the bladder can also be solved. Increasing the force area of ​​the capsule is to make a thicker thimble. This is what the person who listened to the capsule manufacturer said, we did not do it at the time.
Third, the capsule rubbing, this is a very headache, but also often encountered. Need to be treated carefully. This phenomenon is generally the following reasons.
1. The reason for the capsule itself is that the capsule cap is too different from the capsule. Need to replace the capsule.
2. There is too much powder left on the module. Need to clean the module.
3. When the module is installed, the upper and lower dies are not aligned and the module is realigned. Until the debug lever can automatically position.
4. In fact, it is also related to the particle size of the powder. In the process of talking to others, others have said that there is this reason. I have not confirmed it. If this is the case, then this should be added when doing the verification. Whether the particle size can cause the transplanting phenomenon. If it is confirmed that this phenomenon occurs, then it is necessary to consider whether to replace the screen.
5. The capsule cap is locked and the thimble is too high.
6. Solve the phenomenon of transplanting, there is a way to try, shorten the distance between the upper mold and the top plate, of course, the distance is too short. The principle is: before the transplant has occurred, it is said to be locked. This method is indeed feasible, this is the method I use more than Zui. Once in the past, I found that there was no way to solve the problem. I almost replaced the whole batch of capsules in the new factory. After using Zui, I solved the problem of transplanting.
Fourth, the difference in loading is too large, there is no fixed method. Readjust the filling rod. This reason is basically related to the powder. If it is related to the powder, consider the equipment, please refuse the filling directly and ask the granulation post to rework.
5. The distance between the scraper and the dose plate should be 0.5 mm as long as the dose plate is not touched. The increase or decrease in distance can directly affect the loading. Sometimes the load is low and you can try to increase the distance. If the filling rod is not pressurized at a short distance in the zui, the loading is too high, please directly request the granulation post to rework.
Sixth, the finished product exit, lock, remove the bearing at the waste capsule, basically because the powder appears after entering, please clean the bearing and put the right amount of oil in time, these places add butter than the oil. After cleaning, the bearing should be dried. Otherwise, it will be blocked again. Each time the field is cleared, the bearings should be removed for cleaning and oiling.
