Production Method
1. It is generally required that the sodium hydroxide content be controlled at 4.5 to 5.5% and the sodium hydride content at 3.5 to 4.5%.
2. Test eggs, knock eggs and lower cylinders: Examine and classify fresh duck eggs, remove sub-eggs and poor eggs that are not suitable for processing, and then send the checked eggs to the lower cylinder to knock eggs to further remove cracks. , red sticky shell, tip, steel shell, sand shell and other eggs.
