Well water, river water, spring water, tap water and even rain can all be used to prepare nutrient solution, but the application requires no heavy metal compounds and pathogens, eggs and other toxic pollutants.
Unclean seawater and industrial sewage are not available. Rainwater is low in salt content and is ideal for soilless cultivation, but it often contains trace elements such as copper and zinc. Therefore, when preparing nutrient solutions, it may not be added or added. Tap water contains chlorine and excessive carbonates should be treated.
