In the end, the company owner also agreed. Panmou used a salary of more than 10,000 yuan, arrived a set of equipment to produce hollow capsules. Without work, there is no income. Since Panmou itself is an expert in producing capsules, there are no technical problems. Taking into account factors such as familiarity with sales and considerable profits, he was determined to start working alone, producing and selling capsules, knowing that he had violated the law.

Hire 10 Xinchang Laoxiang to return to the old business

In February 2014, Panmou rented four factories in the town of Shenjing in Ninghai County. Lack of workers, he thought of his hometown in Xinchang. After the outbreak of the “poisonous capsule” incident, Xinchang closed many illegal and illegal pharmaceutical factories, and many people lost their jobs.

It is for this reason that Panmou soon hired Zhang and other 10 fellow villagers in Xinchang. The machines, factories, and personnel were all in place. Panmou began production immediately.

On July 22 of this year, Ninghai County Public Security Bureau and Ninghai County Food and Drug Administration jointly enforced the case and were investigated by the masses.

At that time, Ninghai County Food and Drug Administration seized 6 boxes (about 442,000) of hollow capsules, 102.9 kg of hollow capsule semi-finished products, 724 kg of hollow capsule scraps, 13 bags of empty capsules, 50 bags of gelatin, and food additive coloring. Agent 1 box, capsule equipment and so on.

At the same time, a total of 10 workers and workers working in Panmou were arrested on the spot by the police. On the next day, Zhu, who was in charge of transporting "industrial gelatin" and "hollow capsules," was arrested by the police.

90 million heavy metal capsules spill into the market

From February to July of this year, in addition to being seized at the scene, Panmou’s production den, which had illegally produced 90 million toxic hollow capsules, had all entered the circulation market.

After testing, the content of heavy metal chromium in the hollow capsules and production raw materials that were seized exceeded the standard, and the highest value exceeded the normal standard by 65 times. It is understood that chromium is a highly toxic heavy metal, easy to enter human cells, causing damage to the internal organs of the liver, kidneys and DNA, accumulate in the human body has a carcinogenic and may induce genetic mutations.

On August 29 of this year, 11 people including Panmou were arrested by the Ninghai Procuratorate for allegedly producing and selling poisonous and harmful food.

As for the flow of such a huge number of "toxic capsules", at present, the police are still investigating the situation.
